CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1) For Services

Due to the nature of the services rendered, once booked and paid for, services cannot be cancelled or refunded by the customer. If the customer is unable to avail services as scheduled under severe duress of personal nature or due to natural disasters or state mandated restrictions, the services may be rescheduled in discussion with MishtooMade. Please contact us in such circumstances. However, refund is not issued under any circumstances for services booked and purchased.

If MishtooMade is forced to cancel the classes under any circumstances, the customer will be given the choice to either reschedule services (dates for which may or may not be available immediately depending on circumstances) or avail full refund for the services purchased.

2) For Goods

Goods purchased at the MishtooMade store may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Dispatch is usually between 3-5 working days from the date the order is placed. Once dispatched, the order may be cancelled till confirmation of delivery by courier company for full refund. If the order is shown as delivered and accepted, return and refund may be processed if there is damage to the goods on delivery. In these cases, after delivery, MishtooMade reserves the right to request proof of damages in the form of images etc. to process return and refund. Please contact us directly to process the return and refund in these cases.

If MishtooMade is unable to deliver the goods within the allocated time period (mentioned during checkout), other than in circumstances beyond the control of the company such as natural disasters, state mandated restrictions or subjects of national crisis hampering the movement of goods across the country, the company will cancel and refund the full amount to the customer.
